Unleashing your life's purpose will require you to not only transcend the limitations of your mind but will also require you to raise your vibration.

According to Karson McGinley in "How to Raise Your Emotional & Spiritual Vibration," a vibration is described as "a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing" (McGinley, 2019).

Knowing clearly what your life's purpose is and why you're alive is simple when you are living from a higher vibrational state of consciousness.

Imagine your life's purpose as the highest and truest expression of your soul's essence. In order for you to be a vibrational match to your life purpose, you must become the highest vibrational version of yourself, living a life of purpose.

In this blog post, we'll outline several key ways you can raise your vibration so that you can unleash your life's purpose.

1- Set The Intention To Raise Your Vibration

If you've never heard of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, it is essentially a theory in psychology that illustrates the levels of human needs.

Self-actualization is the highest level in Maslow’s hierarchy and refers to the realization of a person’s potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth, and peak experiences (Mcleod, 2023).

Living your life's purpose goes hand-in-hand with being self-actualized so if it is your sincere desire to fulfill your potential and purpose in life, you need to have living your life purpose as your target.

Intention setting is the foundation to live your life's purpose.

Groves states that "clear intention setting is similar to goal setting. As long as your intentions are meaningful to you, feel right for your life, and help you achieve what you set out to, then setting clear intentions can be a powerful practice" (Groves, 2021).

Setting the intention to raise your vibration and unleash your life's purpose will lead to noticing new thoughts and approaches, enabling you to be in full alignment with your life's purpose as you elevate your vibration.

What helped me over 10 years ago reach a point in my life where I am living my life's purpose was to speak the intention. I believe that when you speak your intentions out loud, the vibration of your voice echoes throughout time and space, which then attracts a completely new reality into your awareness so you can fulfill your life's purpose (or at least that's what I've seen).

Tip: keep a journal and write out your intention for your life purpose. When you least expect it, you'll receive visions, insights, or ideas about what you can do to raise your vibration in a way that's just right for you.

2- Think Positive Thoughts

It was at Tony Robbins' Business Mastery in 2019 when he told us (the audience) to 'guard our mind' that I made radical changes to my self-talk.

I was always into the law of attraction and thinking positive thoughts, but I knew that if I really wanted to unleash my life's purpose, I would need to make a BIG change to my thinking.

According to Cherry, positive thinking means viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light (Cherry, 2023).

Thinking positive thoughts can sometimes be difficult if you've come from an environment where there's been a lot of toxic or negative thinking and while it is a challenge to change the way you think to be more positive, it's doable.

The trick to thinking positive thoughts is to essentially brainwash yourself with positive content in any medium that's right for you. So for example, you might listen to positive affirmations while you sleep or watch inspirational videos that help you believe in yourself more.

I've noticed tremendous shifts in my life when I started thinking positive thoughts and I believe the compound effect of thinking positive thoughts over the years has led me to being able to run lifepurpose.com and fulfill my life's purpose.

Tip: when you start to notice you don't feel good or have thoughts that you don't want to think, sit with the thought and ask your subconscious mind what is the root cause of the negative thought. Chances are there was a traumatic experience you had when you were younger that is now resurfacing for your attention, love, and healing.

3- Eat A High Vibrational Diet Like Fruits And Veggies

I've been eating a plant-based diet since 2018 and everything about my health has changed dramatically for the better.

According to an article from PubMed, "the most prominent results indicated that high total intake of fruits and vegetables, and some of their specific subgroups including berries, citrus, and green leafy vegetables, may promote higher levels of optimism and self-efficacy, as well as reduce the level of psychological distress, ambiguity, and cancer fatalism, and protect against depressive symptoms" (Głąbska, 2020).

If you think about it, you become what you consume. So if you consume foods that make you feel heavy, what's likely happening from a metaphysical perspective is that calorically dense food is lowering your vibration. If calorically dense food lowers your vibration (your energy), then nutritiously dense food (fruits and vegetables) will raise your vibration.

Eating a fruit and plant-based diet changed my life. I'm so much more focused and alert than I've ever been in my entire life. Getting up in the morning is a breeze, and I have more than enough energy to do all my holy work to fulfill my life's purpose.

Tip: If you decide to switch your diet, start slow. Feel into what foods give you energy and what foods steal your energy. Take out the foods that take away your energy and add the foods that raise your energy into your diet.

4- Exercise

I've been exercising since I was a kid and I couldn't imagine my life without it.

Exercise helps in detoxifying your body, which helps to increase the frequency of energy in your body. So if you want to raise your vibration, you need to get rid of all those low-energy toxins in your body (P. Tommy, 2020).

I switch up my exercise routine when I feel like my vibration is at a standstill and when I make changes to my workout, I notice shifts in my reality.

Tip: if you're not big into exercise, try listening to an audiobook while walking. Find a fun way to get some form of movement in your body that feels right to you and raises your vibration so you have the energy you'll need to unleash your life's purpose.

Pay Attention To How You Feel.

As you go about your day, pay attention to how you feel. If you feel good around a certain person, consuming a type of content, eating a certain food, or thinking a thought, that's a clear sign that your vibration is high. However, if you feel down after being around someone or after eating something, that's a sign that your vibration is being lowered.

Paying attention to how you feel requires you to get to a new level of self-awareness and be in tune with your vibrational state.

As long as you feel good and harmonious, or at least neutral, you know that you are on the right track to raising your vibration.

Love It. Leave It. Or Change It.

If something does not feel right to you, remember that you always have a choice: you can either love it, leave it, or change it.

Your life's purpose is the truest and highest expression of who you truly are. If you are in a balanced and harmonious state and your vibration is high, you will automatically be in alignment with your purpose.

Have faith and trust that by raising your vibration, your life purpose will be revealed and you will receive everything you need to unleash your life's purpose.
