In today's podcast episode, "The Time To 10x Our Life Purpose Has Come," we talk about the importance of letting go of one thing to fully embrace and begin the next phase of one's journey with complete focus because that will allow a BIG ONE to 10x themselves and their purpose.

10x-ing Your Life Purpose Is About Letting Go
10x-ing your life purpose is about letting go.
It doesn't matter if it's a job, a business, or a lifestyle you built for yourself: if you're unhappy or unsatisfied with it, let go and be 100% committed to your life's purpose.
You might be holding on to the familiar (habits, patterns, beliefs, etc.), but until you let go of what's no longer serving you, you'll always be in a 2x state of living.
10x is about doing only what's in your zone of genius, working less, and having a team of passionate people helping you achieve something BIG for your purpose.
2x is about doing everything yourself, "hard work," and being busy.
To 10x, you can't think 2x.
To 10x, you can't have 2x goals.
To 10x, you can't have 2x habits.
Letting go is a fundamental principle of 10x.

To 10x, you must let go of activities that take up your time which are not your zone of genius, and outsource everything, leaving you with time to focus on what you do best.
True growth and fulfillment come from embracing change, letting go of the past, and stepping boldly into the unknown. 10x is an idea that challenges us to fulfill our vision, take efficient action, and achieve new results without using more of our time.
Letting go means letting go of habits, patterns, beliefs, jobs, relationships, or material possessions holding you back from 10x-ing yourself and what you're capable of.
Research by psychologist Daniel Goleman highlights the importance of emotional intelligence in achieving success and fulfillment. Letting go of emotional baggage and past traumas is essential for cultivating emotional resilience and clarity, enabling individuals to pursue their life purpose with greater determination and focus (Goleman, 1995).
Moreover, spiritual teachings emphasize the practice of non-attachment as a pathway to enlightenment and inner peace. By releasing attachment to material possessions, ego-driven desires, and societal expectations, individuals can align more closely with their authentic selves and discover their true life purpose (Bhikkhu Bodhi, 2013).
Psychiatrist and author Dr. Judith Orloff suggests that letting go of toxic relationships and negative influences is crucial for personal empowerment and self-realization. By surrounding oneself with supportive and uplifting individuals, individuals can create a conducive environment for nurturing their life purpose and achieving their goals (Orloff, 2018).
10x-ing your life purpose isn't just about setting lofty goals or taking massive action; it's about letting go of anything that no longer serves your greatest and highest good. By releasing attachment to the past, embracing emotional intelligence, and cultivating a mindset of non-attachment, you can live your purpose without ever hitting a "glass ceiling."
10x-ing Your Life Purpose Is About Getting Out Of Your Comfort Zone
10x-ing your life purpose is about getting out of your comfort zone and doing 10x things to live your purpose.
It's easy to live in one's comfort zone and be comfortable, yet true growth and fulfillment are beyond what's familiar to us.
To 10x your purpose, you must embrace discomfort as a catalyst for transformation. Embracing discomfort is a necessary part of one's journey to 10x-ing themselves because it requires one to become the person they were meant to be.
Stepping out of our comfort zones allows us to challenge ourselves, confront our fears, and expand ourselves. It pushes us to break free from limiting beliefs and societal expectations, enabling us to discover our true potential. By embracing the discomfort of getting out of our comfort zone, we open ourselves up to new experiences, opportunities, and perspectives that can profoundly shape our purpose.
So, how do we start 10x-ing our life purpose? Be willing to be in uncomfortable situations and lean into the unknown. Whether pursuing a new passion, embarking on a challenging journey, or confronting our deepest fears, every step outside our comfort zone brings us closer to realizing our true purpose and potential.
According to Kent, getting out of your comfort zone helps you achieve your goals (Kent, 2023) and that's important if you have something BIG you want to achieve for your purpose.

10x-ing Your Life Purpose Is About Building Value
To manifest the BIG vision for your purpose, you need to amplify your value by 10x-ing yourself. You can't achieve this if you're thinking only 2x. 10x-ing your purpose isn't solely about personal success or fulfillment; it's about making a meaningful impact and leaving a lasting legacy.
Building value starts with introspection and self-awareness. It involves identifying your unique strengths, passions, and values, and using them to make a positive difference in the world. Whether through your work, relationships, or contributions to society, every action you take should align with your core purpose and enrich the lives of others.
Self-awareness is crucial in building value. When you truly understand yourself and your values, adding value to others becomes natural. However, if you lack self-awareness and deny your true self, you'll perpetuate inner conflicts, hindering your ability to reach your full potential.

Building value requires authenticity and alignment with your true values and passions. Author and motivational speaker Simon Sinek said, "People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it." Understanding and embodying your "why" helps you create a meaningful impact and attract others who resonate with your purpose (Sinek, 2009).
Ultimately, building value is about making a difference that extends beyond fulfillment. It's about leaving a positive imprint on the world and inspiring others to do the same. So, as you embark on your journey to 10x-ing your life purpose, remember to prioritize building value in everything you do.
10x-ing Your Life Purpose Is About Taking Massive Action
10x-ing your life purpose is about taking massive action. This concept revolves around tapping into the potent force of your masculine energy, which is necessary for empowering you to do and be in your power.
Masculine energy is characterized by assertiveness, decisiveness, and a drive to help one accomplish their goals. It's about stepping into action with confidence and determination, refusing to be held back by fear or doubt. When we embrace our masculine energy, we become unstoppable forces of change, capable of making significant progress toward fulfilling our purpose.
To truly 10x our life purpose, we must embrace the essence of our masculine energy, which means stepping into our power, being unapologetically bold, and taking massive action toward our goals.
